Scope and acceptance
Saborit Law ("Saborit Law," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit saboritlaw.com and any pages, forms, or services that link to this Policy (collectively, the "Site").
By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit information through the Site.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, telephone number, email address, the type of matter selected, a brief description of what occurred, consent selections, and any other information you choose to provide through a form, email, telephone call, or other communication.
Our hosting, security, and technology providers may automatically receive technical information such as an IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from an IP address, and access date and time.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account information, passwords, complete medical records, or other highly sensitive or time-critical information through the Site.
How we use information
We may use information to review and respond to inquiries; conduct an initial conflict or matter-type review; communicate about a potential consultation; operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site; maintain professional records; prevent fraud or security incidents; comply with law and professional obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
Submitting information does not require Saborit Law to accept a matter and does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Text messaging privacy
If you separately opt in, Saborit Law may use your mobile number to send customer-care messages related to your inquiry, intake, appointments, reminders, follow-ups, and secure document links. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
Mobile information, including telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. It may be disclosed only to aggregators and service providers reasonably necessary to deliver and support the text messaging service.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance, call 305-564-7464, or email kielan@saboritlaw.com.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site currently uses only technologies necessary for core operation, security, language preferences, or form functionality. It does not currently use analytics, advertising, call-tracking, chat, CRM, or other nonessential tracking technologies. If those practices change, this Policy and any required consent controls will be updated before those technologies are enabled.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information to vendors that support hosting, security, form delivery, email, communications, records management, and other Site or business operations. They should receive only the information reasonably necessary to provide their services and should be subject to appropriate confidentiality or data-protection obligations.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, court orders, professional-responsibility obligations, or government requests; protect rights, safety, or security; investigate misuse; or obtain professional advice.
We do not sell or rent personal information for money.
Attorney-client relationship and confidentiality
Sending information through the Site, by email, or through another unsolicited communication does not create an attorney-client relationship. A relationship is formed only after Saborit Law confirms acceptance of the matter and both sides complete any required written engagement agreement.
Until that occurs, do not assume that submitted information is protected by the attorney-client privilege or that Saborit Law can protect your interests or deadlines.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, perform conflict checks, document communications, maintain security, satisfy professional or legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the nature of the information we maintain. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask to access, correct, update, or delete personal information you provided through the Site, subject to applicable law, professional obligations, conflict-check requirements, legal holds, and other permitted exceptions. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
To make a request, email kielan@saboritlaw.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
Third-party links and United States processing
The Site may link to maps, social-media platforms, professional profiles, or other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this Policy.
The Site is operated for a Florida law practice. Information may be processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
Changes and contact
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, vendors, or our practices. The revised version will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date.
