This page is prepared for final attorney review before publication.
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service and Website Disclaimer ("Terms") govern your access to and use of saboritlaw.com (the "Site"), operated by Saborit Law. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
General information only — not legal advice
The Site provides general information about Saborit Law and legal topics. It is not legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a lawyer who has reviewed the specific facts, documents, deadlines, law, and jurisdiction involved in your situation.
No attorney-client relationship
Viewing the Site, using a form, sending an email, calling the office, exchanging text messages, or receiving an initial response does not create an attorney-client relationship. Saborit Law represents you only after the firm confirms acceptance of the matter and any required written engagement agreement is completed.
Do not send confidential or time-sensitive information
Do not send confidential, privileged, highly sensitive, or time-sensitive information through the Site or by text message unless Saborit Law has instructed you to use an approved channel. The Site and messaging program are not emergency services and communications may not be reviewed immediately.
Customer-care text messaging program
If you voluntarily opt in, Saborit Law may send customer-care text messages concerning an initial inquiry, intake follow-ups, appointment scheduling and reminders, status-related communications, and secure links for electronically signing or reviewing documents. The program is not used for marketing or promotional messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s terms and charges govern your mobile service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for assistance, call 305-564-7464, or email kielan@saboritlaw.com.
Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of obtaining legal services. Please review the Privacy Policy for information about how mobile information and SMS consent records are handled.
No guarantee; past results
No statement on the Site is a promise, prediction, or guarantee of an outcome. Every matter depends on its own facts, evidence, law, insurance coverage, parties, venue, decision-makers, and circumstances.
Past results are examples of matters handled and do not guarantee or predict a similar result. Settlement or verdict amounts may be subject to attorney fees, litigation costs, medical expenses, liens, comparative fault, and other deductions.
Testimonials, reviews, and images
Any testimonial or review reflects the individual experience and opinion of the person providing it. It is not a guarantee that another person will have the same experience or result.
Unless clearly identified otherwise, photographs used for general illustration may not depict an actual client, event, accident, or case.
Practice areas, jurisdiction, and attorney advertising
References to practice areas describe matters the firm may consider; they do not mean the firm will accept a particular inquiry. Saborit Law does not seek to represent anyone where the Site would violate applicable law or professional rules.
The Site may be considered attorney advertising. Kielan Saborit is licensed to practice law in Florida.
Fees and consultations
A free initial consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship or obligate Saborit Law to accept a matter. Any contingency fee, responsibility for case costs, or other financial term is governed only by a written agreement signed in connection with an accepted representation.
Accuracy, availability, and no warranties
We attempt to keep the Site useful and accurate but do not warrant that content is complete, current, error-free, or available without interruption. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
Third-party links and services
Links to maps, social networks, bar profiles, or other third-party websites are provided for convenience. Saborit Law does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy, security, or terms.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
The Site’s text, design, graphics, logos, photographs, and other content are owned by or licensed to Saborit Law and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Reasonable personal, noncommercial use is permitted.
You may not use the Site unlawfully; interfere with its operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; transmit malicious code; impersonate another person; submit knowingly false information; harvest personal information; or use automated systems in a way that burdens or disrupts the Site.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saborit Law and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Site, reliance on Site content, transmission delays, security incidents beyond reasonable control, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how information associated with the Site and text messaging program is handled and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Changes to the Site or these terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site and may update these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law, venue, and severability
These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent a dispute concerning the Site may be heard in court, jurisdiction and venue will lie in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Language and contact
The English and Spanish versions are intended to communicate the same terms. If an inconsistency arises, the English version controls unless applicable law requires otherwise.
